2. Principle: local processing, no data transfer

The app processes data exclusively on the device. No usage or image data is sent to the developer or to third parties. TargetSpotter works offline.

3. Permissions the app uses and why

• Camera: capturing the target image (e.g. through a spotting scope) for hit detection. Images are not stored permanently and are not shared.
• Microphone: optional, for shot-sound detection. Audio is processed locally, not recorded and not stored.

4. Data stored locally

The device may store app settings (caliber, target type, sensitivity), the current session calibration and hit lists. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.

5. No sharing with third parties

App data is not sent to external servers.

6. Website

This website sets a language cookie (ts_lang) so your choice (German or English) is remembered. No tracking cookies are set. The optional contact form sends the data you enter by email to info@targetspotter.app in order to answer your request.
